TRS Riding Jersey

Trying to gage interest in ordering some more TRS riding jerseys.

Tim McGuire has volunteered to manage the order. As it was last time there is a required quantity to achieve a reasonable price point.
But first we need to know how many members are serious about ordering a new riding jersey. The design and color scheme would be the same as our last order.
