Day’s Objective: Trim up the 11 miles of new trails to be used in the 2023 Copper Classic Hare scramble.  

Dates: Saturday and Sunday December 10^th & 11^Th

Staging Location: JWJ Cycles, Motorcycle Museum, 102 W Main St, San Manuel, AZ 85631

Time:    8:00am (each day), RTR & Riders – then –

8:30am head out to the new course area.

Lunch: 12:30pm back at JWJ Cycles. Provided by TRS.

Ride optional after lunch each day, your call.

• TRS members, you can attend either day or both if you like. 
• Camping overnight is optional.
• TRS will provide some brush cutting work tools, bring your own if you like. 

Parrish Traweek is offering the following at the JWJ Cycles property:

1. TRS Members are allowed to camp overnight on site in the parking lot. If extra room is needed Parrish will open the back gate to accommodate more camping/parking.
2. Club members will have access to the restroom facility including the shower inside the museum. 
3. There are “some fold up beds and a couch” if someone wants to sleep inside. (I’m not sure exactly how many he just said “some”) 

• TRS we must be sure to keep everything clean, i.e. the restroom and shower and camping / parking grounds. 
• In the museum it’s OK to look and take photos but please do not sit on or move the bikes around.
