Coconino Nations Forest, Flagstaff Road Closures
An important message from our friends up north, the Coconino Trail Riders (CTR). Please read and support this message.
“It’s warming up in the high country and I hope everyone out there is getting excited for a summer filled with two-wheeled adventures! While I know we’re all a little antsy to get out and ride among the pines, please remember that we just had our snowiest winter in decades, and the majority of our FS roads are still closed. Please be patient, and don’t circumvent locked gates or ride trails/roads that are muddy. The roads are slowly starting to open up and you can check the status of roads on the CNF here. Also remember that there will be ample downfall across trails in the early season. Please carry a hand saw and/or ride over (NOT around!) any downed trees you come across. Let’s all do our part to keep the trails in good shape.”
