New Year’s Ride

TRS brought in the New Year with a Red Spring Trail ride on Sunday. We staged this ride out of the parking lot of the Longhorn Grill & Saloon. Thanks to owner Greg Hansen for providing access to his property. 16 riders brave the early morning cold to get in over 50 miles of riding. The recent rains guaranteed zero dust, but did generate some large patches of water puddles on some of the connector roads out in the Tumacacori Mountains. After the ride a smaller group stopped into the Longhorn for lunch and recovery drinks!

As you know we are now in the prime riding season in southern Arizona. So let’s get together and ride!
