Road Improvement

During recent OHV Partners meeting with the Coronado National Forest, TRS made a request to improve the condition of Forest Service Road # 684 which leads to the Red Spring Trail staging area. As some of you know, pulling a bike trailer on this road from the freeway frontage road to the RST staging area was a rough go.

Today we received an update from the Forest Service (Walt Keys, Road Engineering). He stated:

Our road crew says they maintained the road to and through the Red Springs area.

I have asked Walt for clarification if the road maintenance continued past the staging area to the intersection of FSR 684 & 4136. Awaiting a reply on that request.
